RULES OF BAMBINO CITY PLAY CENTRE
GENERAL

  1. Unless the context requires otherwise, the words and phrases in these Rules, when capitalised, shall have the following meanings:

Play Centre – BAMBINO CITY, play and entertainment centre with café for children aged 0-8, located at address: Unit 4, Merrielands Crescent, Dagenham, London, RM6 6FJ;

Member of staff – Waitress, receptionist, manager or other employees of Play Centre;

Visitor – Each person present at the Play Centre who is visiting the Play Centre in accordance with the procedure specified by the Operator;

Operator – Bambino City Ltd.

Services – Services of organising activities, party rentals and leisure for children aged 0-5 and other related services provided at the Play Centre;

Rules – These rules of the Play Centre with all their annexes and subsequent amendments and supplements;

Child – A minor;

A person responsible for the Child – One or both Child’s parents/other legal representative(s) of the child or a full-aged person(s) authorised by the Child’s parents or other legal Child’s representatives (relative, friend, teacher, nursery carer, etc. or other person above 18 years old).

Unless the context requires otherwise, the words used in the Rules in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  1. These Rules lay down the main requirements for internal procedures of the Play Centre and other requirements related to the activities of the Play Centre to ensure coherent, safe environment for every Visitor.
  2. If necessary, the Operator shall have the right to adopt individual instructions and/or regulations for Visitors to ensure proper internal procedures of the Play Centre, including, but not limited to the safety procedures in emergencies.
  3. Requirements of these Rules apply to all Visitors. Each Visitor of the Play Centre agrees to comply with the requirements of these Rules.
  4. The Operator shall have the right to amend or supplement these Rules, prices of Services, working time or, where necessary, to close the Play Centre without prior notice.
RULES FOR ORDER, CLEANLINESS AND GENERAL BEHAVIOUR
  1. For the safety and security of all our visitors, we have CCTV in operation in the centre. Please read our CCTV policy available on our website www.bambinocity.co.uk .
  2. A Visitor must strictly comply with the requirements and recommendations laid down in these Rules and obey instructions of the Members of staff; A person responsible for the Child is responsible for the supervision of the Child and for compliance with these Rules of the Play Centre and must assume all risks and liability arising thereof.
  3. Large coats, backpacks, large shopping bags and prams must be left in the front area of the Play Centre. Storage facility is not locked, therefore we recommend do not leave any valuables in the facility and bring them together in the play / café area if necessary. If any personal items are lost, the Visitor must contact the Member of staff of the Play Centre immediately. The Operator is not responsible for any lost items.
  4. Children and adults entering the play café must remove their shoes and keep them in designated area. Children and adults must always wear clean socks. It is recommended for the Children to wear comfortable clothing suitable for playing games, without any cords, scarves or necklaces, which may become entangled in the equipment.
  5. If there is any suspicion of the content of Visitors’ bags, the Members of staff shall have the right to inspect the content of the bags brought to the Play Centre.
  6. For the sake of Visitors’ own health and hygiene requirements, Visitors to the Play Centre must be clean and tidy.
  7. The Members of staff shall have the right to decline admission to the Play Centre if:

7.1.       A person does not accept or does not understand the Rules;

7.2.       A person’s behaviour could disturb the procedures of the Play Centre or pose risk to health and safety of Visitors, hygiene of the Play Centre or property of the Play Centre and/or would be contrary to the norms of behaviour acceptable in the society;

7.3.       If there is any suspicion that a person is under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic or other substances.

  1. Visitors must put all inventory and clothing for games, and other items back to where they belong.
  2. The following is prohibited at the Play Centre:

9.1. To bring food and/or beverages (except if the whole Play Centre is rented for a private party);

9.2. To bring animals;

9.3. To smoke, bring and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic, psychotropic or other prohibited substances;

9.4. To bring weapons, sharp, explosive, radioactive, breakable and/or other hazardous items and substances, which may cause injury to the person himself or other persons, may cause infection, spread pungent odour, and damage the property/valuables/inventory of the Play Centre;

9.5. To bring any electrical equipment, including but not limited to sound equipment, gaming devices, candy floss machines, or any other electrical apparatus;

9.6. To damage, throw, break or otherwise vandalise the property/valuables/inventory of the Play Centre;

9.7. To shout, run, push, climb and jump in other than the designated places;

9.8. To fight, misbehave, bully, use foul language, insult and otherwise interfere with other playing Children;

9.9. To litter, soil or otherwise disturb activities of the Play Centre and interfere with other Visitors, to perform other unlawful actions or actions contrary to good morals and public order;

9.10. To take any property/valuables/inventory of the Play Centre. In the case of any theft, the Members of staff have the right to notify the police;

9.11. To sell, offer to buy or advertise to other Visitors any goods, items and/or services.

  1. Visitors can eat and drink only in the café or party area of the Play Centre. It is not allowed to bring food or drinks in the soft play area.
  2. It is allowed to take pictures, record video of your Children or your group of Children of your party for personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to take pictures or record video of other Visitors or other Children. Taking pictures or video recording of commercial purpose is also forbidden. If any suspicious activities are identified, Members of staff keep the right to ask to delete recordings or take photographic equipment away. If Visitor refuses to do that, Member of staff keep the right to ask leave the Play Centre and notify relevant authorities.
WORKING TIME, PRICE OF SERVICES, AND PROCEDURE FOR VISITING THE PLAY CENTRE
  1. The Operator shall set the working time of the Play Centre, make a list of its activities and Services, and set their prices. The working time of the Play Centre and the list of its Services and prices are provided at the registration desk of the Play Centre and on the website www.bambinocity.co.uk .
  2. Activities and Services of the Play Centre may be temporarily unavailable due to technical obstacles, when the maximum number of Visitors is reached and/or in other cases without prior notice.
  3. The Services of the Play Centre are intended for Children aged 0-5. Kids over 5 years of age allowed to be in a café or party areas, however they are not allowed to enter the play area. Play equipment is designed for age group of 0-5 and for sake of health and safety of younger kids, Member of staff shall have the right to ask leave the Play Centre if there kid over 5 years old is using play equipment.
  4. An additional restrictions may apply to the age and physical condition of Visitors for certain activities and types of Play Centre. They are specified at the Play Centre where any such activities take place. Visitors must comply with these restrictions.
  5. In case of any doubt about the Visitor’s age, the Member of Staff of the Play Centre shall have the right to require that the Visitor would provide his personal identity document.
  6. Visitors can visit the Play Centre after registration and making payment for the Services.
  7. Children aged 0-5 may visit the Play Centre only accompanied by the person responsible for the Child. Kids/persons 5-17 years old are allowed to visit the Play Centre café or party area, however they are not allowed to visit alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
  8. During the registration, the person responsible for the Child agrees with the Rules and agrees to obey them. Only the full-aged person can take the responsibility for the Child or the group of the Children.
  9. Person responsible for the Child cannot leave the Child unattended and leave the premisses leaving the Child alone in the Play Centre.
REFUNDS POLICY
General Admission Tickets:
  1. Refunds are not offered for general admission tickets. You may reschedule your booking to another available date at no extra cost, but only once. To be eligible for rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your original booking.
Birthday Party Bookings:
  1. The £150 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. For cancellations, the remaining balance will be refunded upon receiving an email confirmation of the cancellation.
PRIVATE HIRE POLICY
  1. Private hire grants the booking party exclusive use of the play café during the agreed time slot. No other customers will be allowed entry during this period.
  2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private hire booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
  3. The private hire period is strictly limited to the times stated in your confirmation email. Early access or late departure will incur additional fees and may not be guaranteed due to other bookings.
  4. Our maximum capacity is 25 children and 25 adults. Children and adults places cannot be swapped. It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure this is not exceeded.
  5. Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult. The play café reserves the right to end the event early without a refund if unsafe or disruptive behaviour occurs.
  6. Shoes are not allowed inside the play and cafe area. All children and adults must wear socks at all times.
  7. Only food and drink purchased from the play café may be consumed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  8. You may bring your own decorations, but they must be approved in advance. No bubbles, confetti, glitter, or open flames are allowed. Set-up time is 15 minutes before your booked hire slot unless agreed otherwise.
  9. If you would like to hire external vendors such as decorators, entertainers, or other subcontractors, you must inform us and seek written approval before confirming any bookings with third parties. Unauthorised vendors may be refused entry.
  10. No electronical equipment can be brought to the venue.
  11. All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but they are subject to availability.
  12. Any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or property during your hire will be charged to the booking party. Please leave the premises in a tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.
  13. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, the play café accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during private hire events.
